Diakhaby, the Valencia CF player with the highest effectiveness (100%) in aerial duels

Copete and Tárrega take second and third place in the ranking, respectively

Valencia CF defender Mouctar Diakhaby tops the club’s ranking for effectiveness in aerial duels. The Guinean centre-back has won every single one he has contested.

This is reflected in the latest LALIGA BEYOND STATS report - a section specialised in the statistical analysis of players and clubs in Spain’s top competition. Additionally, another highlight is that he is also the player who delivers the most long passes - over 30 metres - per match (4.3) and has the highest success rate.


The ‘top 6’ of the club’s ranking is as follows: Diakhaby (1st place with 100% success), Copete (2nd place with 66.7%), Tárrega (3rd place with 62.5%), Jesús Vázquez (4th place with 60%), Hugo Duro (5th place with 42.9%), and Pepelu (6th place with 33.3%).
